You request a quote through Book the apartment
and you will receive a detailed email with price and conditions

You reply to accept, you will then receive an email instructing you to pay the reservation deposit. As soon as the money is on our account you will receive a confirmation email and your booking is confirmed. Or confirm your booking now.
Payment is through PayPal or with a credit card for the reservation deposit. If you opt to pay the remaining rental fee in advance through PayPal, credit card or wire transfer please make sure the money is received by us at least 48h in advance, PayPal and credit card is instantaneous, wire transfer is dependent on your bank and can take upto 10 days.
PDF Confirmation Deposit
A 300euro confirmation deposit needs to be made before your reservation is confirmed. This payment is made through your paypal account or a creditcard through the paypal creditcard processing service. the main reasomn we use PayPal is that your creditcard details are never revealed to us. As soon as the payment has been processed you will receive an email detailing your reservation. If there are multiple reservation requests for the same or overlapping dates, the first guest to make the confirmation deposit will be considered as the confirmed guest for that period.
If you make a confirmation deposit payment and your dates have been blocked by another guest, your 300euro deposit will be refunded in full at no charge to you.
Payments on Arrival — Security Deposit
On arrival you need to pay the full rental amount in cash, or you can pay in advance through paypal. The 300euro confirmation deposit will be held as a security deposit. The security deposit will be returned in cash or through paypal on a breakfree checkout.
Cancellation policy

Your full payment will be reimbursed. A 3% paypal fee will be deducted.
less than 6 weeks before arrival
Your 300euro confirmation payment will not be reimbursed. Any advance payments towards the rental fee will be reimbursed in full through paypal.
Checkin and Checkout
Standard checkin is at 18h30 and standard checkout is at 9h30
As we work it is a bit difficult to be flexible but we try, if you prefer other times please send us an email, in general, evenings between 18h30 and 23h and in weekends we can be more flexible.
A surcharge may apply and adapted checkin and checkout times can only be guaranteed if agreed upon in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you prefer other checkin or checkout times.
Third Party Booking
If you made your booking and payment through a third-party website, portal or agency, in case of conflicting policies the policy of the originating party is leading.
Parking
You can park in the street, but it is paid and expensive, a better bet is
to checkin first and then to go to the Olympic Stadium -Olympisch Stadion
and park in the P+R — Park and Ride:
you will pay 6euro per 24hours and get a free return ticket for the tram
(IMPORTANT after parking you will have to go to the security guard to get your P+R ticket)
use tram 16 or 24 to go back to the apartment, get off at Albert Cuyp, 2 minutes from the apartment

Yes. But only if you pay in advance through paypal and accept to be reimbursed through paypal after a break-free checkout. See your reservation confirmation email (the one you receive after payment of the reservation deposit) for more details.
The vacation rental apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and an additional pullout couch in the living room, allowing 6 guest maximum. A small baby can be added, thanks to the availability of a babybed, for 5euro per night.
The vacation rental apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, waterheater, coffeemaker, cultlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etcetra. A clothes washer, dryer, and iron are also available for private use. And of course free adsl wifi internet.
The staircases have been protected with gates, to prevent from accidental falling down.
The electrical sockets have been babyproofed.
There is also a babybed available if you need it.
the vacation rental apartment is very convenient for transport, 15 minutes from Central Station by tram, 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport by taxi and you can easily walk or bike anywhere in the city center.

Amsterdam has automated its public transport, you buy a magnetic card and you checkin and out when you get on and off a bus or tram, the fare is automatically calculated and deducted from the card.
There are several cards:
Anonymous OV-chipkaart
The anonymous OV-chipkaart can be bought at GVB Tickets & Info and at the GVB Ticket Vending and Add Value Machines*. The card itself carries a one-time price of € 7,50 and is valid for five years.
Disposable OV-chipkaart
You can buy disposable cards at the Ticket Vending and Add Value machines* and from tram and bus drivers and conductors. A disposable card already carries a travel product.
I Amsterdam Card
Specifically designed for touriste the “I Amsterdam” card, a overall reduction card including musea and unlimited travel. more info on the public transport system:

Or you walk or you rent a bike, which considering the fact that Amsterdam is a very compact city is one of the best options.
